Website and Wagering Terms
These Terms explain the rules that apply when you access the BetEstate site, mobile interfaces, wagering markets, promotional content and connected services. When you browse the site, provide registration details or try to use a service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. Purpose and scope of these Terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of BetEstate. References to “BetEstate”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator responsible for providing the site and related services. References to “you”, “your”, “customer” or “member” mean the person accessing or using the service.
Additional rules can apply to particular sports, racing products, promotions, payment methods, competitions or features. Where additional rules are displayed, those rules form part of these Terms. If there is an inconsistency, the specific product or promotional rule will apply to that feature to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. Age, eligibility and location rules
You can use BetEstate only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are located in a jurisdiction where online wagering is permitted. You are accountable for understanding the laws that apply to you.
- You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information.
- You are not permitted to use the site on behalf of another person.
- You are not permitted to access the service from a prohibited or restricted location.
- You are not permitted to participate if you are self-excluded, suspended or otherwise prohibited from gambling.
- You are not permitted to use funds obtained unlawfully or through unauthorised payment methods.
We can use technical information, device signals and location indicators to assess whether access is permitted. Attempts to conceal or falsify location, identity or eligibility may result in refusal of service.
3. Details submitted during registration
When you submit registration information, you confirm that all details are true and belong to you. We can request additional information to verify your age, identity, residential address, source of funds or payment ownership. Submission of a registration form does not promise that access will be approved.
You are required to promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. We can delay, restrict or refuse access where verification cannot be completed, where information appears inconsistent, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, identity misuse, unlawful activity or a breach of these Terms.
4. Account security and access details
You are accountable for keeping passwords, authentication codes and device access secure. Do not share credentials or allow another person to use them. You should use a strong, unique password and sign out on shared devices.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We can temporarily restrict activity while a security review is completed. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect credentials, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
5. Information presented on the site
We work to present events, participants, starting times, prices, statistics, results and market information accurately. However, information can be delayed, incomplete or affected by external feeds. Event times are indicative and can change without advance notice.
Statistics, form guides, editorial content and other information are provided for general information only. They should not be treated as financial advice, a recommendation or a guarantee. You remain responsible for every decision you make.
6. Wager submissions and acceptance
Adding a selection to the bet panel does not mean the wager has been accepted. Every request is checked for availability, confirmed odds, applicable limits and any additional validation. Acceptance occurs only after the service displays a confirmation or reference.
We can refuse or limit any request before acceptance. Reasons can include market suspension, price movement, event changes, technical issues, integrity concerns, regulatory obligations, responsible gambling controls or risk-management limits.
7. Odds and price movements
Prices can change whenever necessary before acceptance. Where a price changes, you can be asked to accept the revised price. Display of an outdated or incorrect price does not create an entitlement to that price.
If an obvious error occurs, such as a materially incorrect price, participant, market, event, settlement term or payout calculation, we can correct, void or resettle the affected transaction in line with relevant law and the relevant betting rules.
8. Suspended, cancelled or postponed markets
A market can close when an event starts, important information emerges or an integrity issue is identified. Postponed, abandoned, cancelled, relocated or materially changed events are settled under the rules for the specific market or sport.
Depending on the rule, a rescheduled event may remain valid within a defined time or the market may be void. Substitutions, venue moves, shortened formats, changed race distances and official result corrections can affect settlement.
9. Results and settlement
Bets are settled using the official result or the result determined by the recognised governing body, data provider or event organiser. Subsequent appeals, disqualifications or corrections might not affect settlement unless the applicable market rules state otherwise.
Dead-heat rules, deductions, abandoned-event rules and other sport-specific provisions can apply. Where an incorrect settlement is identified, we can correct the settlement and associated balance entries.
10. Payments and payment-method ownership
Any payment method submitted must be lawful, authorised and held in your own name unless expressly permitted otherwise. We can request evidence of ownership or source of funds. Processing times and limits vary by method and can be affected by banks, payment providers, weekends, public holidays and verification checks.
We can reject, reverse, hold or review a transaction where required for security, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering controls, sanctions screening, chargeback management or legal compliance. Fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
11. Promotional and bonus offers
A promotion can include eligibility rules, minimum odds, qualifying windows, wagering requirements, benefit caps, excluded markets and an expiry date. Unless the offer says otherwise, a promotional benefit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
We can withhold or remove a promotional benefit where there has been abuse, duplicate participation, coordinated activity, manipulation, misleading information or a breach of the offer terms. We can amend or withdraw a promotion when reasonably needed, to the extent allowed by relevant law.
12. Activities that are not permitted
You are not permitted to misuse the site or services. Prohibited conduct includes:
- fraudulent conduct, collusion, event manipulation, insider wagering or use of illegally obtained information;
- creating or controlling multiple identities, or providing false documentation;
- using bots, automated scripts, scraping systems or software that has not been authorised;
- interfering with the site, security systems, markets or other users;
- trying to benefit from a mistake, delay, pricing inconsistency or technical weakness;
- money laundering, avoiding sanctions, abusing chargebacks or using stolen money;
- harassing team members, posting unlawful material or pretending to represent BetEstate.
We can investigate suspected prohibited activity and may preserve or disclose relevant information when the law requires it or reasonably necessary to protect users and the integrity of the service.
13. Safer-gambling controls
BetEstate supports responsible gambling. Tools can include deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, activity information and access to support services. Requests can take effect immediately or after a stated processing period depending on the tool and legal requirements.
You are not permitted to attempt to avoid a restriction or self-exclusion by changing personal details, using another person’s information or accessing through another device. Additional information is provided on our Safer Gambling page.
14. Site access and technical interruptions
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, outages or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access. We can change, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably needed.
If a technical issue affects a request, the records maintained by the operator and relevant service providers will be taken into account when determining whether a bet or transaction was accepted.
15. Ownership of content and intellectual property
The BetEstate name, logo, interface, software, graphics, compilation of markets, written material and other content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the site for lawful private purposes.
You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish, sell, reverse engineer, frame, distribute or commercially exploit any protected material without prior written permission, except when legally permitted.
16. External providers and third-party links
The site can rely on or link to external services, such as payment providers, identity-verification providers, data feeds, analytics services and support organisations. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Providing a link does not amount to approval of every claim, product or service on the external site. We do not control its availability or content unless responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
17. Limits on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetEstate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, inability to access the service, reliance on general information, external failures or events beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights, guarantees or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where a remedy may be limited, our liability will be limited to the remedy permitted by relevant law.
18. Your responsibility to indemnify us
Where legally allowed, you agree to reimburse reasonable losses, costs or claims caused by unlawful conduct, a serious breach of these Terms, misuse of intellectual property or fraudulent service use.
19. Complaints, reviews and disputes
If you believe a transaction, settlement or decision is incorrect, contact us promptly and provide the relevant date, event, market, reference and supporting details. We will review the available records and respond in line with our complaints process.

20. Updates to these Terms
We can amend these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, security, operational or product changes. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
Using the service after revised Terms become effective means the changes are accepted. Anyone who disagrees should stop using the service.
21. General legal provisions
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in exercising a right does not waive that right. You can not transfer your rights or obligations without written permission. We can transfer our rights as part of a lawful business restructure or transfer of the service.
